1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the digital planning tools, hotel reviews, water temperature analytics, and matchmaking services provided by Mediastash Navigator SAS ("Mediastashnavigator"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Nature of Platform & Advisory Services
Mediastashnavigator provides independent editorial reviews, hospitality matching algorithms, and concierge advisory services regarding European coastal destinations. We do not operate as an airline or direct hotelier. Hotel reservations facilitated via our concierge services are subject to the direct booking terms, cancellation policies, and house rules of each respective resort property.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content published on this platform, including but not limited to proprietary matchmaking software code, data tables, architectural rating systems, curated itineraries, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Mediastash Navigator SAS and protected under European and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping of data without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Accuracy of Coastal Data & Seasonality
While our analysts verify sea temperature averages, water access points, and hotel amenities annually, maritime conditions and hotel policies are subject to natural variation and management updates. Mediastashnavigator provides data for planning purposes and shall not be held liable for sudden climatic shifts, tidal disruptions, or temporary resort maintenance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable French and European law, Mediastash Navigator SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our guides, recommendations, or third-party bookings.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any legal dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Tribunal de Commerce d'Antibes / Grasse, France.
